Zusammenfassung
Seit der Veröffentlichung der Ergebnisse der großen Leistungsvergleichsstudien (PISA, TIMSS) beginnen sich auch in Deutschland die Grundkoordinaten und traditionellen Säulen des Bildungssystems deutlich zu verschieben. Bislang weitgehend dem Bereich der Ökonomie zugerechnete Prozesse der Wirkungskontrolle und Outputorientierung werden nun auch für das Bildungssystem relevant. Ohne den Nutzen solcher Veränderungsprozesse grundsätzlich in Frage stellen zu wollen, sollen im vorliegenden Artikel die zumeist implizit bleibende Logik solcher Strategien und absehbare Folgeschäden sichtbar gemacht werden. Im Zentrum dieser Kritik steht das Konzept des Neoliberalismus. Dass auch der Sport und im Besonderen der Schulsport von solchen Entwicklungen nicht unberührt bleiben, soll in einem weiteren Schritt gezeigt werden. Der vorliegende Artikel liefert keine Antwort auf die in der Analyse aufgeworfenen Probleme, aber er plädiert dafür, sich der Grundsätzlichkeit der gestellten Fragen bewusst zu werden.

Abstract
Since the results of large scale education studies such as PISA and TIMSS have been published, the basic coordinates and traditional pillars of the educational system have distinctly begun to shift. Processes concerning the evaluation of effectiveness and output orientation, which so far have been widely related to the field of economy, are now also becoming relevant to the educational system. Without questioning the advantages of such processes of change in general, the following article intends to uncover the logic (mostly remaining implicit) of such strategies and their foreseeable harmful consequences. The centre of this critique is the concept of neoliberalism. The fact that sport and in particular physical education do not remain unaffected by such developments will be elucidated in a further step. The present article offers no response to the problems posed within the analysis, but yet it asks the reader to become conscious of the issue’s fundamental nature.
