Zusammenfassung
Betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung wird zunehmend zu einem wichtigen Arbeitsfeld für Sportwissenschafter/innen, sowohl in der Konzeption und Umsetzung als auch in der Evaluation. Am Beispiel eines Projektes aus der mobilen Pflege und Betreuung, bei dem verhaltens- und verhältnisorientierte Gesundheitsfördermaßnahmen langfristig zur Gesunderhaltung und zu einer besseren Arbeitsbewältigung von Mitarbeiter(inne)n im Betrieb beitragen sollten, werden die Ergebnisse der Evaluation vorgestellt. Getragen von dem Grundverständnis, dass Evaluation nicht nur Ergebnis überprüfend, sondern begleitend in der Gestaltung von Prozessen wirksam werden kann, ergeben sich neben verschiedenen Aufgaben für die Evaluator(inn)en auch unterschiedliche Methodenzugänge für die Evaluation, die hier präsentiert und zur Diskussion gestellt werden.
Abstract
Workplace health promotion becomes an increasingly important field of work for sport scientists, which applies for the conceptual design, the implementation as well as the evaluation. The outcomes of the evaluation processes are presented and exemplified by means of a project of mobile care and support. This project aims at sustaining health on a long term basis, as well as fostering proper coping strategies of employees for their work within a company. Those objectives are supposed to be achieved through measurements for health enhancement on the level of individual behaviour and environmental conditions. However, evaluation is not only an instrument for testing the outcomes of certain processes, moreover they can also adequately support the processes in the project. With this basic understanding, various tasks for the evaluators arise alongside different approaches of evaluation techniques. Both aspects will be presented and discussed below.
