Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag stellt einen Auszug einer Studie im Auftrag der Bundesministerien für Bildung, Wissenschaft und Kultur, öffentliche Leistung und Sport, Wirtschaft und Arbeit sowie Sicherheit und Generationen und der Österreichischen Bundes-Sportorganisation dar. Untersucht wurden Angebots-, Nachfrage- und Beschäftigungsstruktur sowie das mögliche Beschäftigungspotenzial im verbandsorganisierten Sport in Österreich. Die Ergebnisse der Studie (im Rahmen einer Gesamterhebung wurden Vorstandsmitglieder und Führungspersonen verbandsorganisierter Sportvereine unter dem Organisationsdach der Österreichischen Bundes-Sportorganisation befragt, n=1.598) zeigen, dass im organisierten Sport in Österreich zu 93% ehrenamtliche, zu 6% nebenberufliche, und zu 1% hauptberufliche Mitarbeiter tätig sind. Interessant stellte sich die Verteilung der Mitarbeiter auf die einzelnen Tätigkeitsbereiche dar. 41% der Sportvereine antworteten mit einem Bedarf an hauptberuflichen Mitarbeitern, vor allem in der Vereinsführung und im Sportbereich (Übungsleiter, Trainer) - sie könnten im Durchschnitt 1-2 Mitarbeiter pro Verein hauptberuflich beschäftigen.
Abstract
This article is an abstract of a research project, ordered by the ministeries for education, science and culture, public services and sport, economic and labour, security and generation and the Austrian Federal Sport Organization. Structure of supply, demand and employment as well as potential employment in non profit sportclubs in Austria were studied. The results of the study (executives and managers of non profit sportclubs, organized by the Austrian Federal Sport Organization were questioned; n = 1.598) are showing that voluntaries are represented to 93%, parttime employees to 6% and fulltime employees to 1% in non profit sportclubs in Austria. Very interesting is the result of the distribution of human resource concerning the different jobfields. 41% of the sportclubs responded that they would hire fulltime employees especially in management and sportinstruction. In average a sportclub could employ 1 to 2 fulltime employees.
